PythonX: CNC Plasma Beam Line
At Bel-Aire Welding Ltd. we have adopted the PythonX CNC plasma beam line, which has provided us with our competitive advantage– accuracy, high quality, and improved lead times. The PythonX operates utilizing CNC and plasma technologies. Having a CNC plasma beam line enables us to take the data from engineer approved drawings and translate it directly to a cutting program for the PythonX using software. This eliminates many opportunities in production for human error; eliminating human error enhances the quality in our structural products as well as dramatically improving production times. The intense heat offered by the plasma cutter, coupled with CNC technology, allows for sleek, fast cuts and provides the finished product with smooth edges. Having smooth, accurate cuts and edges makes for easy installation while it also reduces stress to the material and, in turn, reducing potential crack points.
